By accessing our website or purchasing our AI Digital Human System services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

We provide:

• AI Digital Human System tools
• AI automation solutions
• Related technical support services

All products and services are digital in nature.

2. Service Duration (Important)
3. Upon purchase, users are granted one (1) year accessto the system.
4. The access period begins from the confirmed payment date.
5. After one year, continued use of the system requires a minimum top-up (Min Topup)to renew access.
6. If no minimum top-up is made, system access will be automatically suspended.
7. The minimum top-up amount and renewal terms are subject to the Company’s prevailing policy at the time of renewal.
8. Payment & Installment Terms
9. Payments may be made via bank transfer or approved payment gateway providers.
10. If installment payment is selected, the user agrees to complete all scheduled installment payments.
11. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or restriction of system access.
12. The Company is not responsible for payment delays caused by banks or payment providers.
13. Intellectual Property

All system structures, automation models, software designs, training materials, and related content are the intellectual property of MI AI SDN BHD.

Users may NOT:

• Copy
• Resell
• Redistribute
• Reverse engineer
• Share account access

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. No Guarantee Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee:

• Income results
• Business success
• Financial outcomes

User results depend on individual effort, strategy, and execution.

6. Limitation of Liability

In any event, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

• Breach of Terms
• Fraud or abuse
• Unauthorized distribution
• Misuse of system access

No refund will be provided for terminated accounts.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
