RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once account access has been activated.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate payment
  2. Technical failure preventing account activation, and the issue cannot be resolved

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the purchase date.

Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) working days.

The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Once digital access has been activated, orders cannot be cancelled.
  2. Installment payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
  3. No partial refunds will be provided for completed billing cycles.
  4. After the one-year access period, failure to perform the required minimum top-up will result in automatic suspension of system access.
